OGERY Camping Light With Stand: How to Set It Up and Use It

Cooler white suits close work. Warm light is easier on the eyes around the table at night. A remote comes in the box, so you can change the light from where you're sitting.
Aiming the three heads
Each of the three LED heads turns 180° up and down and 270° side to side, on its own. That gives you two basic layouts.
For a single task, turn all three heads toward the same point. Under a car hood or over a camp stove, that puts the full output on one spot and leaves the shadows to the sides.
For a whole area, spread the heads apart so each covers its own patch. Point one at the table, one at the cooking area and one at the path to the tent, and the light fills the site as a floodlight.
Three ways to mount it
On the tripod
The detachable tripod extends from 30.3 in to 71.6 in. At full height the heads clear a picnic table and light it from above, which cuts down on the glare in people's eyes. Set the legs wide on soft ground and keep the stand out of foot traffic.
On the magnetic base
Take the light off the tripod and stick it to any steel surface, such as a car body, a tailgate or a toolbox. This is the mount for roadside repairs and garage work, where you need light at the exact angle of the job.
On the hook
Unfold the hook and hang the light from a tent loop, a branch or a clothesline. Hanging it high inside a tent gives even light with few shadows. Turn it down to a low level or warm mode so it doesn't dazzle anyone lying down.
How long the battery lasts
The built-in battery is 10000mAh. OGERY rates it for up to 22 hours on the low setting. Its comparison chart gives about 13 hours on white light. High brightness with all three heads on uses it fastest, so for a long night, drop to a lower level once camp is set up.
